View ProfileCo-designing a multi-region global strategy to support an established foundation as it transitions from national to international ambitions
As foundations increasingly seek to maximize their global impact, many face the challenge in expanding internationally while maintaining their vision, mission alignment and operational effectiveness. We developed a comprehensive global engagement framework for our client, conducting country prioritization analysis and macro risk assessments across potential markets in Africa, Asia and Latin America, while providing strategic guidance on mission refinement and programming feasibility.
