Tebello Qhotsokoane

Tebello leads client engagements across life sciences, global health, technology and philanthropy. He advises clients on geopolitical risk, regulatory change and the political and sectoral dynamics shaping partnerships and commercial strategies in the life sciences and technology sectors. He also leads the firm's work with foundations, supporting strategic approaches to scaling impact, advising on questions of values and legitimacy in their public-interest work, and providing impact advisory.

Before joining Macro Advisory Partners, Tebello was a research lead at the University of Oxford, where he focused on the impact of technology on inclusive economic growth and supported the translation of research into impact by advising governments across Sub-Saharan Africa, South Asia and Central Asia on digital economy strategies. He was previously an associate for health finance and research at the Clinton Health Access Initiative.

Tebello holds a Master of Public Policy from the Blavatnik School of Government at the University of Oxford and degrees in Public Policy and Economics from Stanford University.
