Emma Weston

Emma joined MAP in 2023 and brings over 20 years’ experience in HR across a variety of industries. She has provided strategic and generalist HR advice to high-calibre organisations, including organisational planning, recruitment, and talent management. 

Emma’s HR career started in Investment Banking at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein with a period in Tokyo heading the HR team. After 7 years in Banking, Emma ran her own HR consultancy before joining Arcelor Mittal in 2008. Between 2013 and 2016, Emma was the HR Director of an US-based tech company before joining the Anglo-Turkish oil and gas company, Genel Energy.

Emma holds a BA (Hons) in Modern European Studies (Politics and English Literature) from Nottingham Trent University and has a Postgrad Diploma in HR Strategies.
