Hugo leads client engagements across a range of sectors including technology, pharmaceuticals and manufacturing. He previously worked with the UK civil service, advising on national security threats to the UK, and in strategy consulting.

Louisa served as assistant to the president and director of the White House Office of Legislative Affairs from 2021 to 2023. Prior to that she was the deputy general counsel and head of public affairs at McKinsey & Company and executive director of the Biden Foundation.

Jess is managing director of operations, overseeing the full range of operational efforts across the business and its offices in London, Copenhagen and New York.

Victor leads our multilateral practice. He was previously a policy analyst at Security Council Report and worked at the Bureau for Crisis Prevention and Recovery at the UN Development Programme.

Steffen specialises in the comparative political economy of the Middle East and North Africa, with a focus on the Gulf. He is associate professor in comparative politics at the London School of Economics and Political Science.

Colin served as the Under Secretary of Defense for Policy at the US Department of Defense from April 2021-July 2023. He is the Steven C. Házy Senior Fellow at Stanford University’s Center for International Security and Cooperation.
