Katrin is a senior advisor and board member. She served as state secretary for the German Federal Ministry of Defence, where she was responsible for armament, cyber and information technology.

Brian served as the director of the White House National Economic Council, advising President Joe Biden on domestic and international economic policy and coordinating the administration’s economic agenda.

Noah is the Felix Frankfurter Professor of Law at Harvard Law School, where he is also chair of the Society of Fellows. He specialises in US constitutional studies, with a particular emphasis on the relationship between law and religion, free speech, constitutional design and the history of legal theory.

Colin served as the Under Secretary of Defense for Policy at the US Department of Defense from April 2021-July 2023. He is the Steven C. Házy Senior Fellow at Stanford University’s Center for International Security and Cooperation.

Constantijn is MAP’s advisor on digital technology and macro strategy. He has worked in both private and public sectors as an advisor on digital strategy, including to the European Commission and the Dutch Ministries of Foreign Affairs and Economic Affairs.
