Joshua Steiner

Joshua is a partner at SSW, a private investment firm, and is a senior adviser at Bloomberg LP, where he previously was head of industry verticals. 

Prior to joining Bloomberg, Josh co-founded and was co-president of Quadrangle Group, a private equity and asset management firm, and before that, was a managing director at Lazard Frères & Co.  From 1993 to 1995 he served as chief of staff for the US Department of the Treasury. 

Josh serves as a trustee of Yale University, and on the board of directors of the International Rescue Committee, the advisory council of the Hamilton Project and the board of overseers of the Agora Institute at Johns Hopkins University.  He is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations.
