Amos Yadlin
Senior Advisor
Amos Yadlin is a MAP Senior Advisor. He served as the Executive Director of the Institute for National Security Studies (INSS) at Tel Aviv University from November 2011 to May 2021, following a 40-year career in the Israel Defense Forces, for eight of which he was a member of the IDF General Staff. Major General Yadlin retired from the IDF as the Chief of Military Intelligence. Prior to that, he served as defense attaché to the United States, commander of the IDF Military Colleges and the National Defense College and deputy commander of the Israel Air Force.
Amos earned a B.A. with honors in economics and business administration from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev (1985). He holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.
