Hugo Packard

Hugo leads client engagements across sectors including finance, technology, pharmaceuticals and manufacturing. He specialises in the intersection of corporate strategy and the global macro environment, where he is able to leverage extensive prior experience as a strategy consultant.

Hugo was previously director of business operations at Internet of Things start-up Samsara, where he oversaw the firm’s commercial performance in the UK. He spent six years at Boston Consulting Group, where he was responsible for leading strategic consulting engagements within the financial services practice in London and advised clients on corporate and business unit strategy, corporate development and transactions, and operating model and organisation design.

Hugo started his career in the UK Civil Service, where he spent seven years in a variety of analytical roles, primarily focused on understanding and advising on national security threats to the UK.

Hugo holds an MBA from London Business School, an MSc in public sector management from the University of London and a BA in modern languages from Bristol University.
